248 Projects was founded in 2004 in Elk Grove Village, outside of Chicago. Originally 248 stared as a hobby, that would design, re-engineer and build furniture pieces for friends and family that could not find exactly what they were looking for in the stores.
Throughout the past 5 years, constant demand has caused 248 to showcase their products and open their own "online store". The pieces seen within our store have been designed and manufactured by 248 Projects previously. All items are hand crafted and made solely from solid wood to produce a high quality end result. Our goal is to build furniture that will be a centerpiece or a complimenting unit for decades.
